Turning the Inner Critic into an Ally

A deep-dive into the inner critic as a cognitive structure — not a character flaw. Participants learn to identify the function the critic is serving, interrupt automatic self-attack patterns, and redirect that same vigilance toward constructive self-monitoring. Draws on positive psychology, narrative therapy, and values clarification.

Influence Techniques for Leaders

Influence is not manipulation. It is the responsible use of understanding.

A rigorous module on the science and ethics of influence — how leaders move people without coercion, build coalitions without politics, and communicate in ways that shift thinking rather than just transmit information. Covers cialdini's principles, motivational interviewing, narrative persuasion, and the neuroscience of decision-making. Includes explicit ethical boundaries.
